The first business to claim in each category becomes that category's founding Featured business — top placement and a Featured badge, free for the entire founding year. One spot per category. When it's gone, it's gone.
Featured becomes a paid option after the founding year. We'll announce the price well ahead of time, and claiming stays free either way.
